Genuine equestrian businesses including tack, feed, veterinary, transport, training, breeding and related service providers.

How do I apply?

Open Become an IETA Vendor, choose a plan, complete the application, upload documents and submit for review.

Is every application approved?

No. IETA manually reviews applications to protect marketplace quality and customer trust.

What documents are required?

Government ID, business or GST proof, address information, business logo and optional catalogue.

How long does approval take?

Typically 24–72 hours after all required information is submitted.

Can I edit my store after approval?

Yes. Vendors can update logo, cover, business details, description and contact information from the dashboard.

Can I sell products and services?

Yes, based on the categories approved for your business.

How do I receive payments?

Customer payments are processed by WooCommerce. Vendor earnings are calculated after commission and become available for payout.

How do I set up payouts?

Open Dashboard → Payouts and choose Bank Transfer or UPI. Details require administrator verification.

When will I receive my payout?

After reaching the minimum balance and holding period, submit a payout request for administrator approval.

Can I upgrade membership later?

Yes. Purchase a higher WooCommerce membership product and the new plan activates after payment.

Does every product show the vendor?

Yes. Product pages and shop cards display the connected vendor name with a link to the vendor storefront.
