Only logged-in and approved buyers can join an auction.
Buyer must submit a Secure Deposit equal to the configured percentage of the reserve price before bidding.
Bidding access opens only after IETA admin verifies the Secure Deposit.
Non-winning deposits are handled for refund processing. Winner deposit may be adjusted against the final transaction.
If a bid is placed near closing time, the auction may auto-extend to prevent unfair last-second wins.

How do I participate in an auction?
Register or login, open the auction horse page, submit the Secure Deposit request and wait for IETA admin verification.
Why is Secure Deposit required?
It filters fake bidders and confirms that the participant is serious before entering high-value horse auctions.
How much is the Secure Deposit?
By default it is 10% of the horse reserve price, but admin can change this from Auction Settings.
Can stud farm owners list horses?
Yes. Stud farm owners and sellers can submit auction horses through the dashboard. Admin can review and approve before publishing.
What happens if I do not win?
Non-winning deposit refund status is handled by IETA admin according to the auction terms.
What happens after I win?
IETA verifies the result, mediates buyer/seller communication and can adjust the deposit against the final transaction.
