* The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

* Products without original packaging or tags
* Customized or special-order items
* Consumable products such as supplements, medicines, or grooming products that have been opened or used

## Return Process

* Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

## Refunds

## Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability) or provide a refund.

## Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/incorrect product.
* Return shipping costs may be covered by IETA Tack Store for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
