01

Acceptance and Service Scope

By accessing, registering on, purchasing through or using IETA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms shown at registration or checkout. These terms apply to the IETA marketplace and to IETA software and connected services, including IETA RideOS, Campus, Connector, AURA, subscriptions, listings and support services.

02

IETA Platform and Independent Organisations

IETA provides digital marketplace, identity, directory, booking, communication and software tools. Riding schools, institutions, vendors and other organisations using IETA remain independent and are responsible for their own services, staff, facilities, animals, safety practices, schedules, pricing, records and legal obligations. Unless IETA expressly states otherwise, IETA is not the riding instructor, school operator, veterinarian, transporter, seller or manufacturer of a third-party service or product.

03

Eligibility, Authority and Accounts

You must be legally capable of accepting these terms and must provide accurate information. Anyone creating or administering an organisation workspace confirms that they are authorised to act for that organisation. Users are responsible for account security, activity performed through their account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Shared logins and attempts to access another organisation’s workspace are prohibited.

04

RideOS Trials, Plans and Licences

Where offered, a 7-day RideOS trial begins when the trial workspace is activated. Trial capacity, included features and expiry are shown on the registration or pricing page. Submitting a trial application does not by itself create a paid subscription. Paid access begins when the selected plan and billing cycle are confirmed through checkout and the corresponding licence is activated. Plan limits apply to the active school workspace and may include students, staff, storage, modules or other usage limits shown for that plan.

05

Subscription Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

Subscription prices, billing cycles, taxes and any renewal terms are shown before purchase. If recurring renewal is enabled at checkout, the account holder authorises charges for the displayed cycle until cancellation. A subscription may be cancelled through the available account or support process before the next renewal date; cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase lawful operational or financial records. Digital-service refunds are provided where stated at checkout or in the Refund and Return Policy, where the service was not activated as agreed, or where required by applicable law.

06

Marketplace Products, Pricing and Orders

Vendors are responsible for accurate descriptions, images, prices, stock, safety information, expiry details and legal compliance. An order is an offer to purchase and may be accepted or rejected. Prices, promotions and availability may change, but confirmed orders will be handled according to the terms shown at checkout unless cancelled for a genuine error, illegality, unavailability or suspected fraud.

07

Riding-School Listings and Bookings

Schools must keep directory profiles, programmes, prices, timetables, capacity and contact details accurate. Booking requests are sent to the selected school and remain subject to that school’s confirmation, rider eligibility, safety assessment and availability. Schools are responsible for suitable instructors, horses, equipment, facilities, emergency procedures, waivers and compliance with applicable rules. Riders and guardians must provide relevant health, experience and safety information requested by the school.

08

Student, Parent and Child Data

Each organisation must have lawful authority to create and use student, parent, guardian, staff and child records in IETA services. The organisation is responsible for required notices, permissions and verifiable parent or lawful-guardian consent where applicable. Users may access only records connected to their authorised role. IETA Connector and related family views must not be used to expose information to an unrelated person.

09

Payments and Payouts

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers. Users must not use stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment instruments. Schools and vendors are responsible for accurate tax, bank and payout information. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks and settlement adjustments may be applied where supported by transaction evidence, the applicable policy, payment-provider rules or law.

10

Communications and Integrations

IETA services may send operational messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, push notification or in-app notice, subject to applicable consent and product settings. Schools must connect only accounts, groups, bots and integrations they are authorised to control. Third-party services have their own terms and availability, and disabling an integration may limit the related feature.

11

Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the services, impersonate others, upload unlawful or misleading material, interfere with security, bypass plan or tenant boundaries, scrape protected data, manipulate reviews, evade fees, distribute malware, send spam or use IETA for prohibited products or activities. Attempts to access another school, institution, family or user record may result in immediate restriction and investigation.

12

Content and Intellectual Property

IETA software, design, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users and organisations retain responsibility for content they upload and grant IETA a non-exclusive licence to host, process, format, display and transmit that content only as reasonably required to operate, secure, support and promote the selected service.

13

Service Availability, Changes and Data Export

IETA aims to keep services available and secure but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, legal requirements or matters outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Features and plans may change with reasonable notice where practical. Organisations should maintain any independent records required for safety, finance or law and should request available exports before closing a workspace.

14

Reviews and Public Communications

Reviews and public profile content must reflect genuine experience and must not contain abuse, confidential information, unlawful claims, fabricated verification or promotional spam. IETA may moderate, label or remove content that creates a safety, fraud, privacy or legal risk.

15

Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, IETA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, independent-school or vendor conduct, animal behaviour, sporting or riding risk, courier delay, product misuse, third-party integration failure or matters outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right, privacy right or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16

Suspension and Termination

Accounts, listings, licences, payouts or access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety risks, non-payment, policy violations, legal requirements, disputes or platform security. Where appropriate, the affected user may be asked to provide information or take corrective action. On termination, outstanding lawful payment, record-retention and dispute obligations continue.

17

Governing Law, Disputes and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through IETA support. Mandatory consumer-law and statutory grievance rights remain available. Subject to those mandatory rights, courts in the location of IETA’s registered business office will have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@ieta.in.
